These are common things I hear many women say when they talk about getting mental health care. Because, it’s not easy to get away to go to a traditional therapy office and meet with a counselor. And, even if you could, it can be challenging to find a therapist that you connect with and feel comfortable talking to. But, getting help from a therapist doesn’t have to be an added chore on your never ending to-do list.

Online therapy can help!

As an online therapist, I meet with all my clients through a secure video platform for counseling sessions. This allows you to schedule an appointment at a time that works for you. We can schedule counseling sessions during your lunch break, while the kids are napping, or even in between meetings. All you need is a secure internet connection, and a phone, tablet, or computer. Once we connect, we can have a therapy session from the convenience of your couch or car, or even a park or the beach. We can meet in whatever space feels the most comfortable to you.

As an online therapist, I can treat a variety of mental health concerns

During online therapy, I treat a variety of different mental health concerns that are keeping you from living your life to the fullest. I specialize in helping women who are struggling with depression and anxiety, women who have survived trauma, women who are struggling with grief or loss, moms who need support with postpartum anxiety and depression, or dealing with the demands of motherhood. I also specialize in helping military spouses cope with the challenges and stress that accompanies military life.
